Appointments

We advise guests to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for your treatment. We require a $50 deposit (sometimes up to 100% deposit) for all appointments that are made without vouchers or packages with the clinic. We do not accept walk-ins and do not take anyone early. Please do not come super early hoping to be “squeezed’ in as we have limited seating and busy schedules.

Late Arrivals

Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot, etc… So please plan accordingly. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling.

Children / Guests

You cannot bring children with you to your appointment unless you have another adult to accompany you to watch your child in the waiting area. Children under the age of 18 cannot wait in the waiting area unattended. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms under any circumstances. If you cannot find childcare, you will need to reschedule. For child safety and liability reasons you need to adhere to these guidelines. You may only be accompanied by one guest and they must wait in the waiting area. Nobody aside from our staff is allowed in the treatment room during your procedure. If you are disabled and require any assistance please let us know at the time of booking. Anyone needing a translator will be able to have a translator sit through the consultation but not the procedure. It also goes without saying but absolutely no pets unless medically necessary(proof of medical ID required).

Late Cancellation / No-Shows

Guests are responsible for lateness, late cancellations, and no-shows. Cancellation under 24 hours counts as a no-show. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. If no deposit was applied you will have to pay a $50.00 no-show/late cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment. If paying with a voucher, the voucher will be redeemed and there will be a no-show/late cancellation fee of $50.00 to schedule another appointment. Any no-shows/late cancellations related to service packages are subject to the forfeit of that scheduled treatment. Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 24 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the clinic.

Payments & Gratuity

The clinic accepts Cash(We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and Care Credit as payment. Care Credit cannot be used for sale or discounted services.

Groupon / Living Social

Groupon and Living Social vouchers are limited to one per client per lifetime, NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Vouchers have treatment areas listed and are not valid for any other areas. Expired Groupons must be used within 6 months of expiration. Groupon services cannot be banked for future use. Vouchers cannot be used to correct another injector’s work. If you are dissatisfied with another clinic’s treatment, we can help correct it but this cannot be done with a discounted voucher.

Special Conditions

Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any allergies to lidocaine.

Prices Subject to Change

We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.

Service Refunds

All Services and Packages are valid one year after purchase. We will be happy to fully refund you on most service packages from the clinic within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we are unable to give any refunds, however you may transfer your service package to any family member or friend at your request. All purchased packages have an expiration date of one year unless otherwise stated.

Product Refunds

The Company agrees to refund 100% back to the client only upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be Submitted along with returned products; (2) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (3) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (4) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (5) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
